FSS operates as an Employment Agency as defined under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (as amended). We do not operate as an Employment Business — all candidates we place are engaged directly by the client and are not employed or supplied by FSS.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

4. Candidate Terms

4.1 CV Submission

By submitting your CV or personal details through our website, you confirm the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date; consent to FSS retaining your details for the purposes of recruitment; and understand that your CV may be shared with prospective employers only with your prior knowledge and agreement.

4.2 No Employment Guarantee

FSS does not guarantee employment as a result of registering with us or submitting your CV. We act as an intermediary between candidates and employers and cannot be held responsible for hiring decisions made by client organisations.

4.3 Candidate Conduct

Candidates must not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information. FSS reserves the right to withdraw any candidate from the recruitment process if inaccuracies are discovered.

5. Client Terms

5.1 Engagement of Services

By engaging FSS to source candidates, you agree to our standard recruitment terms of business, which will be provided separately and form a binding contract between FSS and your organisation.

5.2 Fees and Rebates

Details of our fee structure and applicable rebate periods are set out in our terms of business. By introducing a candidate to your organisation and that candidate commencing employment, you agree to pay our agreed fee in accordance with those terms.

6. Regulatory Information

FSS Professional Solutions Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17130923). FSS Professional Solutions Ltd operates as an Employment Agency as defined under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/3319). FSS does not operate as an Employment Business and does not supply temporary workers.

As an Employment Agency, we introduce candidates to clients for permanent or fixed-term employment. The successful candidate is engaged and employed directly by the client; FSS Professional Solutions Ltd does not act as the candidate's employer at any stage. We do not charge fees to candidates for our recruitment services.

7. Intellectual Property
