FSS Professional Solutions Ltd is committed to making fss-pro.com accessible to as many people as possible — regardless of disability, assistive technology, or how they choose to access the internet. We want everyone who visits our website to be able to access our recruitment services, submit a CV, contact our team, and read information about our work in fire protection, smoke control and security systems.
This statement applies to the website at fss-pro.com and was prepared in April 2026. It is reviewed and updated whenever significant changes are made to the site.
Legal basis: While the Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply only to public sector bodies, FSS Professional Solutions operates under obligations created by the Equality Act 2010 (Section 29), which requires private service providers to make reasonable adjustments so that disabled people are not placed at a substantial disadvantage when accessing our services.
Conformance
Accessibility Status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. This covers four principles: that content must be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable and Robust.
We believe this website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The areas where we currently fall short are listed below. We have not yet commissioned a full independent accessibility audit and plan to do so during 2026.

Technical Specification
This website uses HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. It has been manually tested using the following browsers and assistive technologies:
- Google Chrome (latest) — keyboard-only navigation
- Microsoft Edge (latest) — keyboard-only navigation
- Chrome for Android with TalkBack
- Safari on iOS with VoiceOver
We have not yet conducted testing with NVDA, JAWS or Dragon NaturallySpeaking. These will be included in the planned 2026 formal audit.
